FAQ

How much does a custom kitchen usually cost?

Every kitchen is quoted to its own scope — size, layout, materials, hardware, and stone all shape the final figure. We provide a fully itemised quote (cabinetry / materials / stone / install) before any contract, so you can see exactly where the budget sits and adjust before committing.

How long does the whole project take?

Design 1–2 weeks · Production 3–6 weeks · Install 2–5 days = roughly 8–12 weeks end-to-end for a typical kitchen, longer for whole-home scopes.

Can I change the design before signing?

Yes — we iterate together on the SketchUp model through a few rounds until the direction is locked, then move into contract. Once signed, design changes are 'variations': quoted and signed off before any work resumes.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

We work across Greater Sydney — residential whole-home renovations, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, and commercial fit-outs (retail and office). If your project sits just outside Sydney, send us a WeChat — we'll talk it through.

Building soon? We take a small number of projects each quarter.
